Return Eligibility

  • Returns are valid within 24 hours (1 day) from the time of delivery.
  • Applicable only for specific products, including:
    • Damaged or defective items
    • Expired products
    • Incorrect items delivered
    • Poor quality fresh items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used packaged products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Perishable goods after 24 hours
  • Products purchased under special offers/discounts (unless defective)

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original invoice or proof of purchase is required
  • Product images may be requested for verification

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
  • Refund will be issued via:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Wallet / Store credit (if applicable)

Return Pickup

  • Our delivery partner will arrange a pickup from your location
  • In some cases, customers may be asked to return the item to the store
