Return Eligibility
- Returns are valid within 24 hours (1 day) from the time of delivery.
- Applicable only for specific products, including:

- Expired products
- Incorrect items delivered
- Poor quality fresh items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.)

- Opened or used packaged products
- Items without original packaging
- Perishable goods after 24 hours
- Products purchased under special offers/discounts (unless defective)
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original invoice or proof of purchase is required
- Product images may be requested for verification
Refund Process
- Once approved, refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
- Refund will be issued via:

- Wallet / Store credit (if applicable)
Return Pickup
- Our delivery partner will arrange a pickup from your location
- In some cases, customers may be asked to return the item to the store
